To begin, start with chopping your cauliflower into florets.
Next, add the chopped cauliflower florets to a large pot of boiling water. Steam the cauliflower for 25 minutes until tender.
Transfer to the food processor and add steamed cauliflower, almond milk, vegan butter, garlic cloves, sea salt and ground black pepper.
Pulse until smooth and creamy.
Once you get the consistency and texture you are looking for, transfer the creamed Cauliflower to your serving dish and garnish with chives. Enjoy!
