Instructions
  1. To begin, preheat your oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. This easiest way to build and layer the “pizzas” are to lay the pita bread on the parchment paper so you won’t have to move it once all the toppings are on it.
  3. Start with your choice of sauce. You could use a tomato sauce, pesto sauce, cheese or alfredo sauce or even a bbq sauce. It all depends on what kind of pizza you’re going for. Then sprinkle on garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil and a little sea salt and black pepper.
  4. Next, chop your vegetables and cruelty-free meat options. Layer your choice of toppings. I used organic red bell peppers, red onions, organic grape tomatoes, fresh parsley, jalapeños and i cut up a buffalo chickpea burger and put that on as well.
  5. Add a layer of vegan mozzarella shreds or another vegan cheese that you would like to add.
  6. Place the pita pizzas in the oven and Bake on 400F for 8-10 minutes depending on your oven. Slice and serve immediately. Enjoy!
