Most kids want cookies or brownies for breakfast and to eat breakfast for dinner. Then again, maybe it’s just my boys? Well now I have the perfect recipe to give them what they want. It will also make all mamas happy to know they aren’t that bad for our little ones.
These cookies are are made with bananas, oats, chocolate chips, creamy peanut butter, flaxseed & chia seeds. They are super sweet and VEGAN! You’ll feel good knowing there aren’t any yucky additives or dairy.
Preheat oven to 350F. Using parchment paper line a baking sheet & set aside.
Remove bananas from peels and add the banana chunks to a mixing bowl, then mash the bananas.
Add oats, vegan chocolate chips, ground flaxseeds, chia seeds & peanut butter. Fold the ingredients together to just evenly distribute everything. Don’t over mix.
Using a cookie scoop, arrange evenly on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven & let cool before eating.
