Vegan Egg Substitutes

Ingredients
Chia “Egg”
Flax “Egg”
Instructions
Chia Egg {Baking-Cakes, Cookies, etc}
  1. Start by adding the water to a glass jar. Next, add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds to the water. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Let the chia seed and water mixture sit for 15 minutes until the mixture turns into a thick gel-like consistency.
  3. Cover, and keep in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
  4. Use 1 Tbsp Chia gel to replace 1 Egg in any recipe.
Flax Egg {Cooking-Burgers or Meatballs}
  1. Add ground flaxseed and spring water to a small dish and stir. Let it sit for 15 minutes to thicken.
  2. Add to recipes to substitute 1 egg.
