The perfect vegan waffle recipe when you’re just tired of having pancakes every morning!

  1. First, start by adding your pancake/waffle flour mix, choice of plant-based milk, applesauce, chia gel, ground flaxseed, cinnamon and vanilla extract to your mixing bowl. Combine all the ingredients until most clumps have been mixed in.
  2. Next spray your waffle iron with coconut oil and turn heat high. Pour in a small amount of batter and smooth it over to create size and shape of your waffles. Let it cook a few minutes the light on your waffle iron should change from red to green once it is done. Repeat until all the batter has be used up. Plate your waffles and serve with choice of toppings.
